Job summary

UDR Consulting, INC is seeking a Principal Business Analyst-Project Controls to support the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC. This role focuses on organizing and maintaining project controls, cost and schedule baselines, and financial analyses across complex projects.

The position requires a master’s degree with substantial experience in project controls, budgeting and reporting, with strong proficiency in cost management tools and systems. DOE clearance is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Master's in business / construction management / engineering or related field with 5 years of practical project controls experience
• Bachelor's in business / construction management / engineering with 7 years of practical experience; equivalents accepted
• Strong PC skills and expert use of automated accounting, cost management, scheduling and estimating systems

Responsibilities

• Organize, develop, implement, maintain and ensure accountability for project controls and financial analysis across life cycle
• Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts and spend plans
• Lead cost/schedule baselining, WBS, and spend-out plans; liaison with client and management
