Job summary

COMPA Industries seeks a Principal Business Analyst – Project Controls Estimating to support complex NNSA capital projects at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC. This onsite role focuses on advanced cost control, estimating, and scheduling across multi‑project scopes with leadership responsibilities.

The candidate will review bases of estimate/schedule, develop procedures, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations to ensure accurate financial performance throughout project

Qualifications

• Education and experience combinations meeting senior-level project-controls/estimating.
• 10+ years in engineering, construction, operations, estimating, scheduling, or project controls.
• Expert proficiency with cost accounting, scheduling, and estimating systems.
• DOE/NNSA project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize, develop, implement, maintain, and manage project-control, financial-analysis, scheduling, and estimating systems.
• Prepare business and financial plans, forecasts, spend plans, and management reports.
• Develop cost and schedule baselines, WBS, and resource forecasts.
• Analyze cost and schedule performance and communicate mitigation strategies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project-controls personnel.
