Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a cost/schedule management lead for complex projects in the United States. You will independently drive project-level cost and schedule activities, forecast and assess risks, and support client communications.

The role requires 5+ years of experience on capital projects, strong expertise with cost/schedule software, and excellent written and oral communication skills. A matrixed environment background is preferred, with opportunities to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• Five or more years of related cost/schedule management experience on capital projects.
• Experience working in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Expertise using cost and schedule management software.
• Experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, or related technical field.
• Exemplary communication skills – both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead project-level cost or schedule management.
• Prepare forecasts, variance analysis, and risk assessments.
• Support earned value, change management, and scenario analysis.
• Serve as a key contributor in client meetings.
• Review work products prepared by junior staff.
• Support development of project controls plans and procedures.
