You'll lead cost control, prepare budgets, track changes, review pay apps, and coordinate with contractors. EVMS experience and strong analytical skills are essential, with travel willingness required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field — or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls focusing on cost management and field operations.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and pay application processes.
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel for on-site assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, monitoring, and forecasting of project cost and progress metrics.
• Manage all cost control elements, including budget development/updates, scope changes, expenditures and forecast reporting.
• Maintain accurate data in cost control systems and tools.
• Analyze revenue and cost performance and advise corrective actions.
• Review and approve contractor pay applications per contract terms.
• Track and report construction progress using EVMS.
• Coordinate with contractors to collect weekly progress data.
