Jacobs is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Cost Manager to join our Program Management Team on-site. The role focuses on cost controls, forecasting, and reporting for multi-project EPC efforts, including schedule integration with Primavera P6.

You will lead a cost controls team, manage budgets, and present updates to senior management while ensuring alignment with client requirements and project milestones. This position requires on-site work in Spartanburg, SC and offers extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of project cost controls experience.
• Extensive experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience aligning construction cost with a Primavera P6 schedule.
• Ability to lead on-site teams for multi-million/billion EPC projects.
• Willingness to work on-site in Spartanburg, SC.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall program construction cost controls and reporting.
• Provide updates and presentations to management at all levels.
• Coordinate with the Program Project Services Director and the Cost Controls team.
• Support change management, forecasting, and risk management.
