Jacobs is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Cost Manager to lead cost controls for complex EPC programs on-site in Spartanburg, SC. You will oversee forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and earned value, interfacing with leadership to drive project success.

Ideal candidates bring 20+ years of cost controls experience, mastery of Primavera P6, and hands-on leadership of multi-million to billion-dollar EPC endeavors. The role emphasizes on-site collaboration and client-facing updates.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of project cost controls experience.
• Extensive Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience collecting and reporting on field progress / quantities installed.
• Experience coordinating projects and executing project issues.
• Experience aligning construction cost with a Primavera P6 schedule.
• Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on cost controls and financial issues.
• Must be able to take a full-time on-site role in Spartanburg, SC – per diem package offered.
• Must have led teams on multi-million/billion EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall program construction cost controls and reporting.
• Provide client management updates and presentations at all levels of management.
• Assist the Program Project Services Director with management of the Project Controls team.
• Lead forecasting, cost management, cashflow and risk management activities.
• Coordinate with project controls and financial teams to ensure accurate reporting.
