Job summary

Blattner is seeking a senior Project Controls Leader to oversee a team of schedulers, cost analysts, and specialists on a dynamic project controls program in the United States. You will drive CPM scheduling, cost forecasting, risk analysis, change management, and ensure timely delivery of reports and dashboards.

This role requires 7+ years in project controls, leadership of senior staff, and experience in gas power generation or heavy industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in project controls disciplines (scheduling, cost, or risk).
• Experience leading senior contributors.
• Gas Power Generation or heavy industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project controls team including schedulers, cost analysts, and specialists.
• Develop and control CPM schedules, cost/forecasting, and risk analyses.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports, dashboards, and analyses to project teams.
