Blattner Company in the United States seeks an experienced Senior Project Controls Lead to drive CPM scheduling, risk analysis, and change management for large energy projects.

You will oversee the project controls team and external consultants, mentor staff, and ensure timely delivery of schedules, forecasts, dashboards, and risk reports while providing actionable data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education or relevant experience required.
• Five or more years progressive experience in a construction project controls discipline including project scheduling, cost, or project risk analysis or a combination of these experiences.
• 3-5 years previous experience leading senior level individual contributors required.
• Subject Matter Expertise with Primavera P6.
• This is a remote/ traveling position with the expectation of 50% travel if remote and 25% if willing to relocate to Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the assigned project controls team and third-party consultants in support of project controls team deliverables to Project Management.
• Provides support, performance evaluation, time approval, recruitment, mentorship to the project controls team.
• Responsible for the development, control, and analysis of CPM schedules and schedule risk analysis, risk management, and management of change.
• Manages the project schedulers workload to ensure all reporting deliverables including schedules, cost forecasts, risk registers and analyses, dashboards, s-curves, and histograms are delivered in a timely manner.
• Drives management and decision making by regularly conducting a strategic analysis of project data.
