Blattner, based in Avon, Minnesota, seeks a Senior Portfolio Controls Analyst to lead complex analytics that guide strategic decisions and portfolio optimization for renewable energy projects. You will design dashboards with Power BI and Excel, perform data modeling, and integrate Primavera P6, Salesforce, and SQL for reporting.

The role emphasizes S&OP analytics, performance frameworks, mentoring, and delivering high-impact insights that influence portfolio health and project controls practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance or related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in portfolio analysis, strategic planning, project controls analysis, or related BI function.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design, development, and enhancement of dashboards and KPI tracking systems using Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and other BI tools.
• Conducts complex data analysis and modeling to generate actionable insights for portfolio planning and strategic decision-making.
• Integrates data from Primavera P6, Salesforce, and SQL databases to support portfolio and project controls reporting.
• Drives analytical development of the S&OP process, presenting findings and influencing strategic direction.
• Establishes and refines performance measurement frameworks and monitoring systems to proactively manage project and portfolio health.
