Job summary

Blattner Company seeks an experienced leader to head project controls for major renewable energy projects. You will oversee schedulers, cost analysts, and third‑party consultants, ensuring CPM schedules, forecasts, risk analyses, and change management are delivered on time.

With a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field and 7+ years in project controls, you will mentor senior contributors, drive data‑driven improvements, and ensure contractual obligations to clients are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Seven or more years progressive experience in construction project controls including scheduling, cost, or risk analysis.
• Experience leading senior level individual contributors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls team including schedulers, cost analysts, and consultants in support of project deliverables.
• Develop, control, and analyze CPM schedules, cost/budget forecasting, risk analysis, and change management.
• Ensure timely reporting of schedules, forecasts, risk registers, dashboards, and histograms.
• Provide strategic analysis of project data and concise recommendations to meet objectives.
