Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent education or relevant experience required.
• Five or more years progressive experience in a construction project controls discipline including project scheduling, project cost, or project risk analysis or a combination of these experiences.
• 3-5 years previous experience leading senior level individual contributors required.
• Subject Matter Expertise with Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project controls team and third-party consultants to deliver schedules, cost forecasts, risk registers, dashboards, s-curves, and histograms on time.
• Provide mentorship, performance evaluations, and time approvals for the project controls team.
• Develop, control, and analyze CPM schedules and risks; manage change and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Provide strategic analysis of project data and concise recommendations to meet project objectives.
