Job summary

Blattner invites a senior Project Controls leader to join our team in Minnesota, with remote work and up to 50% travel. You will guide project controls personnel, ensure standardized processes, and analyze project data to drive improvements across business units.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in construction project controls, including CPM scheduling, cost analysis, and risk management. JD Edwards and cost software experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive experience in a construction project controls discipline (scheduling, cost, or risk).
• 3–5 years of experience leading senior-level individual contributors.
• Subject matter expertise with Primavera P6.
• Willingness to travel 50% when remote or 25% if relocating to Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project controls team and third-party consultants to deliver on project management objectives.
• Develop, control, and analyze CPM schedules and schedule risk analyses; manage change.
• Manage schedulers' workload to ensure timely delivery of reports: schedules, forecasts, risk registers, dashboards, histograms."
• Provide strategic analysis of project data and concise recommendations to meet objectives.
• Ensure contractual obligations to clients are met; advise on contracts and change management.
