Blattner Company seeks an experienced Project Controls leader to guide a team of schedulers, cost analysts, and specialists. You will develop CPM schedules, forecast costs, assess risks, and drive change management to support renewable energy projects.

Lead performance reviews, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations while delivering dashboards and analyses that influence project decisions. Strong Primavera P6 skills and 7+ years in construction controls are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field with equivalent experience.
• Seven+ years in construction project controls including scheduling, cost, or risk analysis.
• Experience leading senior level contributors; proficiency with Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project controls team, including schedulers and cost analysts, ensuring timely deliverables.
• Develop, control, and analyze CPM schedules, cost forecasts, and change management.
• Provide strategic analysis of project data and actionable recommendations to teams.
• Manage dashboards, reports, risk registers, and performance metrics for projects.
