Job summary

Acro Service Corp is seeking a subject matter expert and technical lead in project controls to drive cost/schedule performance across multiple sites. The role requires advanced coordination, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management with strong data-driven decision making.

The candidate will serve as the technical lead for team processes and tools, and will interact with engineering, plant, project, contractor, and partner organizations to ensure effective project controls and successful

Qualifications

• PMI or AACE certification desired.
• Must obtain unescorted plant access and medical qualifications.
• Willing to on-call rotational assignments including overtime.
• Willing to travel to plant/field locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress, variances, KPIs and control changes.
• Analyze cost and schedule trends versus baselines; recommend improvements.
• Implement standard methods for performance monitoring and estimation.
• Document progress and forecast cost/schedule impacts to teams.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with sites, engineering and partners.
• Support budgets, procurement and change management processes.
• Provide SME guidance in project control concepts and scheduling.
