Qualifications

• Accredited four‑year degree or global equivalent with 2 years of related experience
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of applicable local/state/federal guidelines
• Attention to detail and time management

Responsibilities

• Assist in generating, checking, and analyzing data; maintain audit trails
• Use Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures to enter data consistently
• Develop cost reports formats as required by internal or client needs
• Prepare and update weekly work plans
• Prepare specialty schedules, labor forecast, cash flows, income statements and profit recognition
• Analyze current schedule/cost trends and identify problem areas
• Other duties as assigned
