Stanley Consultants is a leading global engineering and consulting firm seeking a Project Controls, Cost and Schedule Lead in San Antonio, TX. The role directs a project team across project controls processes, including cost management, schedule management, and earned value management, ensuring compliance with standards and contract requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/PM/Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10–15 years planning/scheduling and cost engineering in construction/engineering environments.
• Advanced skills with Primavera P6, Excel/Word; knowledge of Cobra/eBuilder, MS Project, PowerBI.
• Understand project control principles, cost engineering for budgeting, monitoring, and forecasting.
• Experience setting up design/construction schedules and calculating percent complete.
• Familiarity with contract types (cost plus, T&M, FFP) and interpreting prime contracts.
• Strong organization, communication, and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Develop scope, schedule, budget, EV and ETC data for tasks.
• Lead WBS creation and develop schedules with resource loading.
• Analyze cost data to support corrective actions and defend ETC projections.
• Monitor schedule progress and financial health, identify problem areas.
• Produce periodic status reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for management and owners.
• Maintain staff and equipment schedules to support cost projections (EAC).
• Coordinate with project managers to maintain accurate Deltek Vantagepoint data.
