Job summary

Stanley Consultants seeks a Project Manager to direct project teams in onsite execution, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality are met across major projects. The role involves lead coordination with clients, design teams, and subconsultants to maintain a One Team culture.

The candidate will manage risk, scope changes, and cost control while supporting business development activities and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Current U.S. Professional Engineer (PE) or Architecture license.

Responsibilities

• Direct a project team and oversee all project activities, including administration, change management, cost and schedule control.
• Coordinate construction sequencing, site work, and campus utility tie-ins to prevent disruptions to operations.
• Lead multi-discipline project teams and coordinate with clients and design teams.
• Prepare scopes, work plans, schedules, budgets, and progress billing points; review projects post-award for scope and procedures.
• Assist in pricing, estimating, scoping, and marketing strategies for proposals.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and quality control across projects.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue ongoing business development.
