Job summary

Stanley Consultants, Inc. seeks a Project Manager for our San Antonio, TX office to lead a project team and direct the execution of all project activities.

This onsite role will manage project controls, estimating, cost and schedule management to standards and contractual requirements, under limited supervision. Required: PE license, DoD/UFGS experience, and a proven track record delivering mega projects ($500M+).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/PM/Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• PE license (US) or Architecture license.
• IBC/UFC/UFGS experience; DoD planning a plus.
• Demonstrated capability managing $500M+ mega projects.
• Inter-disciplinary design coordination.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Willing to work flexible hours and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Track daily construction activities against designs, schedules, and quality standards.
• Verify high-performance building metrics and safety systems.
• Manage scope/contract modifications while preserving teamwork.
• Coordinate construction sequencing and site work to minimize disruptions.
• Oversee site safety and environmental compliance.
• Assist in pricing, estimating, scoping, and marketing strategies.
• Lead project engagements with Client and Design Teams.
• Prepare opening orders, outlines, schedules, and budgets.
