Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office for reporting and presentations.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project to oversee complex timelines.
• Ability to translate data into actionable executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost and schedule controls for projects and mentor the team.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contract and construction teams.
• Establish KPIs and templates for consistent reporting across the lifecycle.
• Oversee budget development and cost allocation tracking.
• Validate schedules to align field work with forecasts.
• Identify risks, develop mitigations, and present to executives.
