Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Manager for the SR 400 Express Lanes project in Atlanta, GA. You will lead planning, scheduling, cost management, and performance monitoring across complex civil works, coordinating with project teams and executives.

The role requires 15+ years of heavy civil experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and strong ability to present data clearly to leadership. International project experience and excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience on heavy civil projects.
• Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• International experience with major contractors preferred.
• Ability to present complex data clearly at executive level.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and management of Project Controls policies across projects.
• Development of integrated cost and schedule reports.
• Identification and management of Schedule and Cost Control risk.
• Providing regular reports to the Project team and Executive team on schedule and cost performance.
• Manage Project Controls staff to ensure timely accurate status reports.
• Trend analysis and delay recovery identification.
• Overseeing, directing and supporting the project control and schedule teams to ensure early problem identification and the development of recovery plans.
• Advise on Project Controls strategy for successful project execution.
• Provide Project Controls start-up services which may involve extended periods on site.
