Job summary

ACCIONA Construction USA, part of the SR 400 Peach Partners consortium, has been awarded the SR 400 Express Lanes project in Atlanta, Georgia. The Project Controls Manager will lead planning, scheduling, cost management, and performance monitoring for this $4.6 billion civil project, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to keep work on track and within budget.

Qualifications

• Past experience on managing schedule on complex civil engineering projects is essential.
• Demonstrated skill in cost management.
• The ability to present complex data in a concise, executive-ready format is essential.
• Excellent organization and people skills.
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and management of Project Controls policies and procedures across projects.
• Development of integrated cost and schedule reports.
• Identification and management of Schedule and Cost Control risk.
• Providing regular reports to the Project team and Executive team on schedule and cost performance.
• Manage Project Controls staff to ensure timely accurate status reports.
• Trend analysis and delay recovery identification.
• Overseeing, directing and supporting the project control and schedule teams to ensure early problem identification and the development of recovery plans.
• Advise on Project Controls strategy for successful project execution.
• Provide Project Controls start-up services which may involve extended periods on site whilst systems are established and implemented.
