Job summary

ACCIONA, a global leader in regenerative infrastructure, seeks a Deputy Construction Quality Manager for the SR400 Express Lanes Project in Georgia. You will oversee the project quality program, inspections, testing, documentation, and reporting to ensure compliance with contract requirements, coordinating with subcontractors and utilities.

You will help manage QC resources, conduct constructability reviews, approve materials, and maintain the Quality Management System to support on-time

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in transportation construction.
• Experience in QA/QC, construction engineering, inspection, field engineering, or superintendent roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, inspections, and testing.
• Experience on major highway, roadway, bridge, or transportation infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with Georgia's construction market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality activities with subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Oversee inspections, testing, and utility quality control.
• Manage QC resources and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Track and resolve non-conformance issues.
• Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct quality inspections, audits, and constructability reviews.
• Review and approve materials, production processes, and finished work.
• Maintain quality documentation and prepare monthly reports.
• Participate in punch lists, corrective actions, and quality improvements.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, codes, and standards.
• Exercise Stop Work Authority when quality requirements are not met.
