Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Lead to oversee cost, schedule, scope and risk across large capital programs. The role supports project teams from strategy through handover and requires coordinating with the Project Management team on complex, multi-year programs.

You’ll drive compliance with Stage Gate processes, manage change, and mentor Project Controls Specialists onsite with client teams. Onsite work and travel are expected as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management (or related field) OR 8 years equivalent/related work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Certifications from PMI and/or AACEi.
• Experience with scheduling software packages and related analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight, coaching, and support to Project Controls Specialists throughout the project lifecycle.
• Integrate with Project Management team to ensure successful execution of assigned projects.
• Promote safe behavior and adherence to safety rules on the project.
• Implement project management standards in cost, schedule, scope, risk and issues management.
• Ensure project controls cover cost, schedule, scope and risk and align with contracts.
