Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a Senior Project Professional to lead civil and construction management tasks for major capital projects. You will manage submittals, RFIs, pay applications, change orders, and scheduling, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring scope and budget alignment.

The role requires a 5–8+ year track record in inspections, claims preparation, and project documentation, with PE/ CCM credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. or higher degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• PE Licensure and/or CCM holder.
• 5–8+ years of experience in inspection, preparation of claims files, documents and reports, and assisting in the preparation claims or claim response.

Responsibilities

• Establish a strong relationship with the Client to support repeat business opportunities.
• Analyze, understand, and become familiar with all contract documents, including plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports.
• Assist with preconstruction services, including constructability reviews and cost estimating.
• Oversee the administration of project processes such as Submittals, RFIs, Pay Applications, and Change Management.
• Facilitate assigned project meetings.
• Review pay applications to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
• Review all change order requests to confirm proper documentation, timely submission, and inclusion of direct costs, overhead, profit, and time extensions.
