Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a senior Project Controls professional to help manage budgets, forecasts, and risk across multi-site data center and critical infrastructure programs. You will standardize controls, prepare leadership updates, and review contractor agreements while traveling to data center sites as needed.

The role requires 10+ years in project controls, a relevant engineering/construction degree, and hands-on Earned Value experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction project controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical background.
• Strong knowledge of cost tracking, change orders, and risk fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Earned Value or resource-based data.
• Background in data center, manufacturing, or complex commissioning projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, invoice checks, accruals, and risk identification.
• Standardize cost, schedule, and risk tracking processes.
• Prepare concise financial and risk updates for teams and leadership.
• Review contractor agreements, flag budget gaps, highlight early risks preconstruction.
• Coordinate with scheduling and delivery teams to resolve issues.
• Support variance reports, cash-flow forecasts, leadership reviews.
• Link cost and schedule data for integrated project reporting.
• Deliver accurate outputs under senior guidance and travel to data center sites.
