Job summary

HDR is seeking a North America Project Controls Lead within Building Engineering Services to drive project controls across data centers, hotels, finance and other BES projects. You will lead a team of controls specialists, develop controls plans, and coordinate with program managers and regional leaders to ensure schedule, cost, and performance targets are met. This role emphasizes collaboration, standardization, and client satisfaction within HDR’s BES group.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as project controls manager for BES infrastructure projects with large contracts
• Ability to lead and mentor project controls teams across multiple locations
• Experience with scheduling, cost control, and progress reporting on complex programs

Responsibilities

• Lead BES North America project controls on multi-project programs
• Develop and implement project controls templates, plans, and KPIs
• Coordinate with regional leads and PMs to optimize schedules and budgets
• Mentor staff and support staff recruitment and onboarding
