Job summary

Exelon in Illinois is seeking a Project Controls Supervisor to lead a team responsible for estimating, scheduling, and cost analysis. You will mentor staff, develop reports, and coordinate budgets, forecasts, and LRPs across transmission, distribution, and gas programs.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, process improvement, and collaboration with Finance and senior leaders. A BS degree in a relevant field and 4–7 years of experience are required; an advanced degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical Field required.
• 4-7 years related experience required; may substitute 6-9 years for degree.
• Strong forecasting, analytical, and budget analysis skills.
• Ability to supervise, mentor and develop people.
• Experience with project controls, schedules, and cost tracking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of estimators, schedulers and/or cost analysts.
• Develop, monitor, and report project budgets, forecasts, and LRPs.
• Coordinate monthly forecasting and risk/opportunity analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports for senior leadership.
• Represent project controls in budgeting, estimating and scheduling improvements.
