Job summary

ComEd in Oakbrook Terrace, IL seeks a Supervisor for Project Controls to mentor a team and drive budgeting, scheduling and cost analyses. You will coordinate forecasts, analyze variances, and present performance reports to Directors and PMs.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in project controls, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Project, Excel and related tools. This role may require extended hours during outages or emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical Field required.
• 6–9 years of related business experience if no Bachelor's degree.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis capabilities.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff in project controls.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision, mentoring and workload management for a project controls team.
• Develop and present budgets, forecasts, accruals and variances.
• Coordinate monthly forecasts and risk/opportunity analyses.
• Ensure SOX compliance in budgeting and reporting processes.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership and PMs.
