Job summary

Landmark Structures is seeking a Senior Project Control Analyst to support analytics and project controls across the project lifecycle, ensuring budget, schedule, and contract alignment. You will collaborate with Preconstruction, Operations, PM, and Finance to evaluate financial outcomes and enforce control standards.

The role includes leading budget reviews, cost forecasting, and change order management, with a focus on improving profitability and project efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3 to 7 years in construction project controls, cost management, or scheduling.
• PMP or CCP certification preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of scheduling software (MS Project) and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Understand contract requirements including scope, design, schedule, changes.
• Identify financial risks related to cash, subcontracts, materials, labor, and schedule.
• Lead project budget review meetings.
• Forecast costs and cost-at-completion projections.
• Investigate budget vs. actual variances and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze project schedules and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify and manage owner change order opportunities.
• Support annual financial audits and process improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and conduct training on project control principles.
