Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business-related experience.
• 2–3+ years of relevant experience in project controls or finance.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Careful attention to detail and reliability of output.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project accounting, administration, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate requisitions, accounts payable, and subcontractor payments.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with forecasts and cost reports.
• Lead contract administration, change orders, procurement, and scheduling.
• Maintain lien waivers and insurance records for subs.
• Assist with project setup, closeout, and owner contract review.
• Prepare monthly job status reports and KPIs; drive process improvements.
• Develop and train project team members; manage field payroll.
• Ensure safety culture and compliance on active job sites.
