Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years in financial analysis, budgeting, or project cost.
• Experience with planning, earned value, forecasting, and change management.
• Proficient CPM scheduling and document control systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage project cost, schedule, and forecasting within the PM framework.
• Provide guidance on initiation activities and subcontracting.
• Prepare program and project financial reports for leadership.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Support baseline budgeting and invoicing QA/QC processes.
