The Boldt Company is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to guide financial and scheduling controls across complex construction projects. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on coaching across project teams, executives, and site personnel.

You will turn cost and schedule data into actionable insights, strengthen processes, and build trusted partnerships from field to C-suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Controls, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least seven years of related construction project controls experience.
• In-depth knowledge of construction project controls principles and project management processes.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret cost, schedule, productivity, forecasting, and operational information.
• Experience leading people, setting clear expectations, developing talent, and building accountability.
• Ability to simplify complex information and communicate effectively with project teams and executives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and project management systems.
• Ability to work in office and construction-site environments and travel regularly as required.
• A valid driver’s license may be required, along with participation in applicable Motor Vehicle Records checks.

Responsibilities

• Guide the project controls processes that support the financial and scheduling performance of construction projects and operating group activities.
• Turn complex cost, schedule, productivity, and forecasting data into clear insights for teams.
• Coach and develop project controls personnel and strengthen consistent processes across the business.
