Job summary

KEITH in Pompano Beach, FL seeks a detail-oriented Project Controls Manager to oversee financial controls, forecasting, and contract compliance across a multidisciplinary firm. You will partner with Project Managers and Operations to improve profitability and financial visibility while guiding standard project controls practices.

The role emphasizes WIP management, revenue planning, and regulatory billing with FDOT and public-sector clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project accounting, financial controls, or project administration in A/E/C.
• Strong knowledge of project financial management, forecasting, WIP, revenue, billing, and cost controls.
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar software; FDOT billing knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project financial controls, forecasting, and profitability across the organization.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Operations to improve financial visibility.
• Lead WIP, revenue planning, billing schedules, and month-end closeout.
• Ensure compliance with client, contract, and public sector billing requirements.
