Job summary

International Executive Service Corps is seeking a Principal Business Analyst- Project Controls/ Principal Estimator to support a DOE-related client in Aiken, SC. The role involves organizing and maintaining project controls, cost estimation and scheduling across complex programs.

Responsibilities include developing baselines, conducting variance analyses, and delivering monthly financial reports with mitigation plans. A strong background in enterprise cost systems and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Expertise in cost estimating and scheduling is required.
• Minimum ten years in engineering, construction, estimating, scheduling, or project controls.
• Strong working knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Proficient use of automated accounting and cost management systems.
• Must be able to obtain DOE Q clearance and work under government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost/schedule baselines, WBS, and spend plans.
• Lead project controls activities and frequent cost reviews.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses.
• Provide guidance on risk-informed schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate with management and clients to implement controls.
