Job summary

International Executive Service Corps seeks a Principal Business Analyst- Project Controls in Aiken, SC to manage the organization, development, and maintenance of project controls and financial analysis across complex projects.

Under limited supervision, you’ll develop cost/schedule baselines, run variance analyses, and guide multi-project analyses. Requires Primavera/COBRA and ability to obtain DOE clearance. DOE logistics and government contract experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Possesses strong personal computer skills.
• Expert proficiency in automated accounting, cost management, scheduling and estimating systems.
• Experience with Site Business systems.
• Knowledge of project management and cost/schedule control at the tactical level.
• Primavera and COBRA experience required.
• Able to maintain and obtain a DOE clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost and schedule baselines and milestone schedules.
• Provide leadership in applying advanced control concepts and guiding others.
• Participate in routine cost reviews and establish change management for work scope.
• Analyze cost and schedule variances and communicate mitigation plans to management.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports and forecasts.
• Lead project controls personnel and ensure CAS/FAR compliance.
