Job summary

OLH Inc. is seeking a Principal Business Analyst for Project Controls in Aiken, SC. The role focuses on organizing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and auditing project controls and financial analyses across complex projects with life-cycle cost control.

Under limited supervision, you will perform project controls activities, prepare business/financial plans, and report periodically or for ad hoc needs. U.S. citizenship is required for this one-year assignment with renewal options.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, construction management, technical field or engineering with 5 years' practical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business/construction management/technical/engineering with 7 years' experience or equivalent.
• Associate's degree with 11 years or HS diploma with 15 years relevant experience considered equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years in engineering, construction, operations, estimating, scheduling, project controls or project management.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills; proficient oral and written communication.
• Experience with project controls concepts and cost/schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost and schedule baselines, milestone schedules, and work breakdown structures.
• Provide leadership in complex, multi-project cost analyses and variance mitigation.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports, forecasts, and spend plans.
• Lead and train project controls staff; ensure CAS/FAR compliance.
