Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field.
• Equivalent training/experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• AACEI PSP, PMI-SP or other planning/scheduling certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and scheduling functions to meet project objectives.
• Develop baseline schedules aligned with sequencing and short-interval schedules.
• Create high-quality CPM schedules with resource and cost loads and generate reports.
• Prepare schedule narratives for formal submissions to convey the project position to the client.
• Integrate multiple planning tools and methodologies into a cohesive plan.
• Update CPM schedules reflecting requirements and project challenges.
• Review project scheduling specs and guide contract language to mitigate risks.
• Prepare weekly TIAs, updates, and reconciliation schedules for contractual compliance.
• Support development of company-wide planning guidance and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders using heavy civil construction knowledge.
