Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Admin, or related field.
• 4+ years in construction estimating support, engineering, field support, or similar.
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling/estimation tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate and manage onsite construction engineering activities.
• Manage job controls to ensure contract, budget, schedule, forecasting and job costing compliance.
• Develop and maintain project schedule to ensure on-time, under-budget delivery.
• Oversee project engineering assignments to meet deadlines and budget.
• Provide technical support in planning, quality control, and constructability reviews.
• Develop and administer project engineering procedures and documents.
• Represent company in client/project management meetings to ensure clear communication.
• Maintain all job reporting and logs for project compliance.
• Supervise and mentor project staff to meet standards.
