Job summary

Granite Construction Incorporated seeks a seasoned scheduling professional to oversee planning, scheduling policy, and baseline development for heavy civil projects. You will integrate multiple planning tools, maintain CPM schedules, and communicate project status to clients.

The role requires 10+ years in construction planning, strong English communication, and ability to travel 30-40% for short-term on-site projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, construction management, project management, or comparable discipline.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
• AACEI PSP, PMI-SP or other professional planning and scheduling certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and scheduling functions to meet operational needs and objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop baseline schedules aligned with sequencing.
• Create high-quality CPM schedules with resource and cost loads for reports.
