Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a driven Project Controls Cost Manager to support our Program Management Team on on-site EPC projects. You will handle forecasting, change management, cost control, budget analysis, and earned value tracking, delivering client updates and reports at all levels of management.

You will lead program construction cost controls, ensuring alignment with schedules and reporting requirements, and mentor the Project Controls team as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of project cost controls experience.
• Extensive experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience with collecting and reporting on field progress / quantities installed.
• Experience coordinating and executing project issues on various projects.
• Experience aligning construction cost with a Primavera P6 schedule.
• Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues.
• Led teams on multi-million/billion EPC Projects.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related degree.
• Program level related experience.
• Experience with Excel, Databases, Power BI and dashboard development.
• Cost estimating experience.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, change management, cost management, and budget analysis for EPC projects.
• Manage overall program construction cost controls and reporting; provide updates and presentations to management.
• Assist the Program Project Services Director with management of the Project Controls team.
