Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Illinois is seeking a Senior Project Controls Cost Analyst to manage comprehensive cost control activities for large capital projects. You will work with senior project managers and clients to develop strategic cost plans through the project lifecycle, building and reporting cost reports and analyses.

We require a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years’ experience in cost management on capital projects, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience on capital projects including design and construction.
• Expertise in cost management, reporting and earned value.
• Strong communication and collaboration in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage cost management program and deliverables.
• Integrate plans into an integrated cost plan.
• Lead cost risk analysis and mitigation discussions with stakeholders.
• Drive accruals, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
• Develop and lead earned value for complex programs.
• Review invoices from subcontractors and third parties.
