Job summary

You will start in the Houston home office and relocate to Sabine Pass, LA, for long-term field work, interfacing with project teams, contractors, and management to ensure cost objectives are met.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related field and 2–5 years in project controls, with a focus on heavy civil

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; 2–5 years in Project Controls or 6–9 years without degree.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in cost control, scheduling, and cost analysis in heavy civil projects.
• Familiar with project controls processes and reports.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors and management.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost activities for Infrastructure GBU scope.
• Develop, control, forecast, and report project costs.
• Prepare cost trend estimates and manage cost reports.
• Present cost engineering information to management/clients.
• Collaborate with contractors and internal teams.
