Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated cost estimating, project setup, control, and forecasting.
• Experience with EPC environments and cost reporting tooling.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cost estimating, analysis, and control activities on-site.
• Develops cost monitoring standards and Bechtel reporting for multiple disciplines.
• Prepares cost data for proposals or contracts and tracks trends.
• Interacts with Bechtel management and client counterparts for cost reviews.
• Leads cross‑functional coordination to ensure accurate cost reporting.
