Job summary

FALCATA in Arlington, VA is seeking a Project Controls Analyst IV to support multiple programs in the DC Metro area. You will implement financial policies, develop cost baselines, and produce forecasts and burn rate analyses to keep projects on time and on budget.

The role requires 8-10 years in project controls, DoD contracting experience, and advanced Excel skills; active DoD Secret clearance preferred. Remote options available for local DC area, with collaboration across contract teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in project controls or equivalent.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain.
• Experience with CPFF, T&M, FFP contracts.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement financial policies; develop and manage cost baseline data analysis and report formats.
• Develop and maintain estimates-to-completion and burn rate analyses.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for monthly forecasts and funding requirements.
• Forecast financial data; analyze profitability and track overruns/undertime.
• Prepare monthly program reviews and financial reports for management.
• Collaborate with accounting to resolve AR/AP issues and ensure time/cost accuracy.
• Interface with program managers, senior management, and DoD contracts teams.
