Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in project controls.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience coordinating and managing subcontractor funding.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Analytical and independent problem-solving skills.
• DoD contracting experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement financial policies and manage cost baseline data analysis and reporting formats.
• Develop estimates-to-completion and burn rate analyses.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for forecasts, funding requirements and reporting.
• Forecast financial data and analyze profitability of milestones.
• Prepare written and verbal reports to management on financial analysis.
• Interface with DoD contracts, finance, AR/AP, and procurement teams.
