Falcata is seeking a Project Controls Analyst IV in Arlington, VA or DC Metro area. You will manage cost baselines, forecasts, and profitability analyses across diverse DoD contracts, coordinating with subcontractors and program management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 8-10 years in project controls, a DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain, and strong Excel skills. Remote options are available within the DC metro region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in project controls.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• Experience with CPFF, T&M, and FFP contract types.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience coordinating and managing subcontractor funding.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and independent problem-solving skills.
• Organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
• Industry experience with DoD contracting.

Responsabilités

• Implement financial policies; develop and manage cost baseline data analysis and report formats in support of customer contracts.
• Develop and maintain estimates-to-completion, estimates-at-completion, and burn rate analyses.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to develop monthly forecasts, financial reporting and funding requirements with contracts and program management teams.
• Forecast financial data for programs, analyze profitability for contractual milestones, tracking of over/under runs of projects, and prepare profit models.
• Participates in the planning, tracking analysis, and reporting on projects of varying contract types, sizes, complexity, and levels of risk, including monthly program reviews.
• Maintain monthly budget vs. actual analysis, creates financial forecasts based upon input from the Program Managers and subcontractors, maintain forecasting reports and identify and communicates any risks to the Operations team.
• Review monthly financial reports for accuracy and to identify potential issues; propose corrections in time and cost allocations.
• Responsible for monthly revenue review and inputs, corrections to the accounting system for time and cost accuracy.
• Prepare written and verbal reports to management related to the financial analysis of each contract.
• Work closely with the accounting team to identify and resolve AR/AP issues.
• Work closely with contracts department when new contracts are established or modified.
