Job summary

FALCATA is seeking a Project Controls Analyst IV in the Arlington, VA area (DC Metro) to manage cost baseline data, forecasts, and profitability across programs. The role reports to the Project Controls Lead and supports DoD contracts with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years in project controls, DoD contracting experience, DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain, and advanced Excel skills. Remote options available for local DC Metro candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in project controls.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• Experience with CPFF, T&M, FFP contracts.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience coordinating subcontractor funding.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement financial policies and manage cost baseline data analysis for customer contracts.
• Develop estimates-to-completion, burn rate analyses and monthly forecasts.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for monthly forecasts, financing requirements, and program management alignment.
• Forecast financial data, analyze profitability, and track project cost performance.
• Prepare monthly progress and revenue reports; identify risks and variance drivers.
