Job summary

Technology Service Corporation seeks a Project Controls Analyst IV in Arlington, VA or DC Metro area. The role supports program financials, cost baselines, forecasts, and risk analysis. You will work with program managers, subcontractors, and the accounting team to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of DoD contracts.

Required 8-10 years in project controls, DoD experience, and a Secret clearance or ability to obtain. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in project controls.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience coordinating and managing subcontractor funding.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement financial policies; develop and manage cost baseline data analysis and report formats.
• Develop and maintain estimates-to-completion, estimates-at-completion, and burn rate analyses.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to develop monthly forecasts, financial reporting and funding requirements.
• Forecast financial data for programs and analyze profitability for milestones.
• Maintain monthly budget vs. actual analysis and forecasting reports.
• Identify and communicate risks such as cost overruns or under spending to Operations.
• Work with DoD contracts, finance, AR/AP to resolve issues.
• Interface with program managers and senior management on financial analysis.
