Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience and 10+ years in large capital projects.
• Proven ability to lead project services across planning, cost control, forecasting, and information management.
• Experience designing and deploying AI-enabled workflows and data-integrated forecasting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with credible forward-looking forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Services across planning, cost, forecasting, information management, progress, risk, change, and reporting.
• Establish and maintain the integrated project controls framework with baselines and data governance.
• Ensure integration of schedule, cost, commitments, cash flow, progress, risk, and procurement with the project baseline.
• Own planning/scheduling, cost control, and information management, setting priorities and performance expectations.
• Provide early warning through validated forecasts and recovery plans; manage risk and change-control processes.
• Build AI-enabled workflows and data integrations to improve forecasting, reporting, and decision support.
• Develop data structures and governance for reliable AI-enabled project services.
