Job summary

Meta seeks a Project Controls Lead to head cost controls, invoicing, and financial reporting for a massive AI infrastructure campus project. You will supervise a team of Analysts representing Meta across multiple General Contractors and partner closely with the Delivery Director and Schedule Lead.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in construction project controls, deep experience with cost management, earned value, and Oracle Unifier, along with strong leadership and AI-aware process optimization

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Construction Project Controls experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Subject Matter Expert in Cost management and change orders.
• Experience in Earned Value Management or data analysis.
• Experience in Data Center, Manufacturing, Infrastructure or Construction programs.
• Proficient in Oracle Unifier.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem solving, prioritization, organization and reporting skills.
• Experience integrating AI tools to optimize workflows and drive impact.
• Experience leading a team of project controls professionals.
• Experience negotiating construction changes or complex construction claims.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost controls, invoicing, and reporting for the project and across General Contractors.
• Manage Meta-represented Analysts handling invoicing, commitments, financial reporting, and commercial management.
• Collaborate with Delivery Director, Construction Management, and Schedule lead.
• Integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure responsible AI practices.
